Courtney and Paul met at the University of Texas at Austin as sorority and fraternity members. Paul pledged Lambda Phi Epsilon, and Courtney pledged Sigma Phi Omega. After years of friendship, they eventually took their relationship to the next level. Five years later, Paul proposed and they will be tying the knot this June in San Antonio, Texas.
The engagement session was an unforgettable one. We started the day at the San Antonio Botanical Garden. The grounds of the garden were clean, open, and green! The Texas sun was shining down on us, and photographers never complain about good light. We made this engagement session extra special by taking a couple polaroids! Thanks to advanced technology, I captured a single portrait of them with a digital camera and instantly developed the image with my handy Fujifilm Instax Printer through WiFi. Welcome to the future!!
We travel to The Pearl after the Japanese Tea Garden. Not before stopping by where Paul proposed to Courtney. The couple is huge SPURS fans! “They LOVE their SPURS!” It was my first time at the Pearl in San Antonio! It was founded in 1881 as a brewery. Today, It is a place where locals and visitors can find restaurants, cafes, retailers, and Farmers Markets. This is definitely a place to check out when visiting the great city of San Antonio. I cannot wait for their wedding coming this June at the Kendall Plantation in the famous Texas Hill Country.
